我这两天一直在想，我是否该对他坦白。我不想骗他，根不想欺骗我自己。这样的一直隐瞒下去，我觉得对他，对我都不好。但是，我又不敢去坦白因为害怕受伤。

现在的我不太敢给他发信息。有种想避开他的感觉，想想真的很好笑。一直不想要他把我推开，可现在，我却想把他推开。感觉心好痛，好难呼吸，就好像有什么非常沉重的东西压在我身上一样，真的好难过。

天啊，请告诉我应该怎么做才对？怎么做才能把伤害降到最低？
